Today we took the 4 kids out in 56 degree weather (in DECEMBER) to hike at Powder Valley. It was such a nice afternoon. We went through the inside of the Nature building first. Then we hiked 2 of the trails. On the last trail we saw several deer. One even crossed in front of us. as the kids ran ahead Micah went off the trail, tripped and gashed his face. Needless to say we had to make it all better with ice cream. It was a great afternoon.

we hiked there yesterday too! We did the broken ridge trail - did you see the dead raccoon in the creek? it was the highlight of my kid's trip!
