shooting day- part 2

The second half of the very hot day we played laser tag. This was the second year they had it at Helmuthfest. The kids (and adults) played and played and played. It was so much fun.

We added a new activity to Helmuthfest: shooting day. Darrell set up a shooting range in his yard (out in the country). We had many different guns and tons of ammo. Darrell and Dale did a great job teaching everyone about safety and proper gun handling. We had a great day!

Today we spent the greater part of the afternoon playing in the pool with cousins....

Every summer Dale's family gets together for a family reunion. Grandma Helmuth has 4 kids (plus spouses), 12 grandkids (plus 10 spouses) and 27 great grandkids.

Carsyn rode the mini bike for the first time. She rode it ALL day!
