Tonight we celebrated cinco de mayo in a small way. We ate quesadillas with homemade guacamole. I also made strawberry daiquiris (virgin for the kids) :) During dinner the kids told me all about the war between Mexico and Spain... Not kidding. After a few inquiries they changed it to Mexico and France. It was cute.
